• ·Your account record (email, name, profile photo, password hash).
• ·Saved places (Home, Work, recent destinations).
• ·Search history and ride history linked to your account.
• ·Emergency contacts you added.
• ·Linked social accounts (Google, Apple): only the link is removed; we don’t hold tokens.
• ·Profile preferences (language, notification settings).
• ·Pro subscription metadata (any active subscription is cancelled separately via the App Store / Play Store).

For legal, security, and product-improvement reasons we retain a small amount of data after deletion. All of it is irreversibly anonymised so it cannot be linked back to you:

• ·Anonymised fare data: distance, duration, provider, price, region, and timing of trips you searched. Used to keep our pricing model accurate. Stripped of any identifier that links to you.
• ·Aggregated analytics: counts of searches, screen views, and feature usage with no user identifier attached.
• ·Billing records: if you ever made a Pro purchase, transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with Australian Tax Office record-keeping requirements.
• ·Security logs: IP-address-based abuse-prevention logs are retained for up to 90 days.

• ·We acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
• ·Account and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
• ·Backup snapshots may take up to 90 days to fully purge.
• ·You’ll receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
